The hotel rooms were spacious but had a noticeable smell from water damage, needing a rug for comfort. The staff was accommodating and friendly, although not very responsive to noise complaints about children. The location was convenient but could have been cleaner and safer. The dining experience was great with a good selection of items. The hotel was upgrading its flooring in the Warner Robins area.
The hotel's location was convenient for my family visit and close to my event venue. Although cleanliness was a concern with hair scattered around, the value for the money was good. The service was courteous and helpful, allowing us to check in early, but noise from guests in the halls was disruptive.
Upon checking in, I found the hotel rooms in poor repair and a little dirty, but the huge TV was awesome. The bathroom was decently sized with a small shower, 2 a/c units, a small fridge, microwave, and a sink nearby. The bed was the only downside, as it was terrible and needs more attention for cleanliness.
